Disney Flower and Garden Festival at Epcot

This month we had a wonderful time going to Epcot for the Disney Flower and Garden Festival. It's a time where they make several flower arrangements in the shapes of Disney characters. It is amazing the talent these people have and how they can plant these just so and get the colors in the right place. I loved walking around and seeing all these creations! Everything you see on them is either plants or flowers. Hope you enjoy the pictures!!

Half Marathon at Disney World

Chris and I participated in the Disney Half Marathon this year - 13.1 miles. It was so much fun. I have already registered for the Disneyland half marathon in September and can't wait. I had friends from Cali come down who also ran with us and my parents also came to support us. The one thing Chris didn't like about this run is the fact that it was the "Princess Half Marathon". But he was such a great sport to run with me. There were over 17,000 people who ran and of those were only 600 something guys, so they were definitely a minority. We had to be there bright and early at 5:00 AM and Chris said the giggly girls were a little much for that early in the morning, as I am sure you can see in one of the pictures how thrilled he was. :)
